Shared room for rent (only for non-smoking woman)

Hello. I'm renting a furnished shared room immediately. It can also be rented without furniture for 600.-. There is NO balcony available. The kitchen, bathroom, and corridor are shared by all. Since we already have 3 polite men (25/42/53), I'm renting the room only to a non-smoking woman. The apartment needs a bit of a female touch. An outdoor parking space is currently available for 50.-. The deposit for the keys is 600.-. The kitchen, bathroom, corridor, and 1 room are cleaned 1x a week by a cleaning lady. If desired, you can also have your room cleaned. You have to pay for this yourself (30.-/h). I don't want daily alcohol/drug consumption. Addiction problems are private matters, but in a shared apartment, this is disturbing for everyone.
