Room for subrent in Sandrainquartier

We are looking for a subtenant for a room (13 sqm) in a beautiful 3-room apartment in the Sandrainquartier. The apartment has a balcony with garden access and a garden for shared use. The rooms are large and bright. The bathroom and kitchen are large and modern, we have a dishwasher. From your room, you can see into the garden. You won't hear any street noise, but bird chirping :) We share the laundry room with our neighbors (a total of 4 parties). The room is available from October to December, as Rahel is going on a trip. We are looking for someone who wants to subrent the room for 2-3 months. We are flexible with your move-in and move-out dates and are also open to shorter rental periods :) We're looking forward to meeting you! We are best friends and have been living in this apartment since May. We are active, like to do sports, enjoy pottery (Nina), cooking fine food, making music (Rahel), and are sociable.
