Welcome to our unique home. The house is over 120 years old and a real one-of-a-kind with a lot of charm and coziness. Many different corners in the garden, which are to be discovered and used. Including a hot pot, a mud pit, various seating options with and without roofing. We have 2 bedrooms of different sizes, one of which we would like to offer for subletting for shorter stays, no long-term shared flat situation. Bathroom, toilets, kitchen, garden, hot pot, lounge are shared. Additionally, a practice room is available. Superbly located in the Mittelland region and the highway exit is 1.7 km away. Solothurn can be reached in 12 minutes, Bern, e.g. at the fair, in 23 minutes. Ideal for people who are about to start a new job and are looking for an apartment, for fitters, for weekend stays, for someone who just wants to get out and needs a bit of distance and a change of air. The room is currently rented until mid/late July. Inquiries welcome again for the time after that. 700 without utilities plus 150 utilities Dogs are allowed. Cats are not.
