Bitte erzähle kurz etwas über dich. Ich stelle dir das möblierte Zimmer inklusive der Möbel zur Verfügung, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind, den Schreibtisch platziere ich dann woanders. Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer wunderschönen Lage. Von der Haustüre aus kann man direkt spazieren gehen und der See ist in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe (ca. 5–10 Minuten entfernt). Mir ist ein ruhiges und respektvolles Zusammenleben wichtig. Es soll jeder genügend Privatsphäre haben und sich zurückziehen können. Da ich ein ruhiges Zuhause schätze, möchte ich keine häufig wechselnde Gäste. Ideal wäre jemand, der wegen der Arbeit oder Ausbildung nur einige Tage pro Woche hier wohnt und dessen eigentlicher Wohnort weiter entfernt ist bin offen. Preis wird angepasst wenn du nicht jeden Tag zuhause bist. Falls du Interesse hast, freue ich mich sehr über deine Nachricht.
