The cozy apartment is located in the Weiler Möösli , on the first floor of a former farmhouse. From the covered car parking space belonging to the apartment, you can reach the apartment's entrance via an external staircase, which also belongs to the apartment, and leads to the sunroom/balcony with morning sun . The apartment entrance leads into the spacious kitchen . From the kitchen, you can access the small, covered outdoor terrace with a view of the Jura . A closed reduit is connected to the kitchen area with stove/oven, extractor fan, refrigerator, and dishwasher . From the kitchen, you can reach the living room or the bathroom . Via the living room or bathroom, you can access the bedroom . The apartment includes a storage space in the attic of the economic area. The laundry room , which is also located in the economic area and shared by three parties, is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, and clothesline . The apartment is centrally heated by radiators and has its own hot water boiler . The ancillary costs (water, sewage, and heating) are approximately CHF 100.- per month for single occupancy. Parking space for 1 vehicle (PW) is included in the rent. Since it is a historic building, the room heights do not meet today's standards.
