The approximately 100 m² large garden apartment was completely newly created in 2024 and offers modern living comfort with a sunny terrace and private garden. Thanks to high-quality equipment and smart home technology, you can enjoy a relaxed stay in a stylish home for a while. An outdoor parking space can be rented for an additional CHF 65.– per month after consultation. One room remains locked during the rental period. The underground parking garage is not part of the rental. For whom is the apartment suitable?
