We rent a bright and cozy 3.5-room apartment on the ground floor of an old building with beautiful, visible wooden beams. A small bathroom with shower, as well as a private washing machine. The apartment offers a lot of living quality and has a private terrace with pergola and a garden that invites you to linger and relax. A parking space is located directly in front of the house door. Pets are warmly welcome. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible. The apartment is particularly suitable for young people, students or a shared flat and offers a nice combination of cozy living and practical comfort. As part of the house community, taking over the housekeeping work for the house is part of the apartment. For this activity, a monthly compensation of CHF 100.– is paid out.
