Details of the apartment: * Approx. 90 m² living space * Bathroom with bathtub * Large, sunny balcony * Kitchen with dishwasher * Private basement compartment * Elevator up to the 4th floor * Communal laundry room available * Additionally, we have installed a private washing machine that would need to be taken over. Top location: * Schappe Center can be reached in just 23 minutes on foot * Hofmatt Bellpark in about 10 minutes on foot * Bus stop Schappe Center directly in front of the house Rent: CHF 1460 per month, including utilities and 2 parking spaces. Important information: * We are not obligated to find a tenant. Since it is a cooperative apartment, the apartment is usually not publicly advertised, but is allocated through the waiting list. However, if we know a suitable person, there is a possibility that they can take over the apartment (subject to the approval of the cooperative). * It is important to us that the tenant takes over the walls designed by us as well as the privately installed washing machine. * The elevator goes up to the 4th floor.
