We are looking for a reliable person to sublet our cozy 4-room apartment from April to the end of June 2027. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The train station is just a 5-minute walk away. A beautiful garden surrounding the house is available for shared use to relax. A covered parking space directly in front of the house is also available. We prefer a non-smoking person without pets who takes care of the apartment. The regular rent is CHF 1'900, including utilities. However, for the sublet, we are open to a fair solution and can be flexible with the price.
