We are renting out 1 room in a shared apartment in Niederdörfli, completely furnished, starting from October 1st. We are looking for a new roommate! The Room Rent: 967 CHF (excluding additional costs) The room, approximately 11.6m2, faces the quiet inner courtyard and is rented out fully furnished. The rental contract is unlimited. The following furniture is already available and can be taken over. People who take over the furniture will be preferred. IKEA bed with 140cm mattress IKEA wardrobe Desk Curtains Lamp The furniture is mostly used since 2017. The set is being sold for CHF 350. The Shared Apartment The shared apartment is fully equipped and offers: Large, cozy living room 1 bathroom + 1 additional toilet Communal rooftop terrace Washing machine and dryer on the top floor We are looking for a new roommate starting from October 1st. You will be living with Franzi and Matthias. Franzi is 28 years old, originally from Munich, and has been living in Zurich for 2 years. She works as an anesthesiologist and is currently working in the intensive care unit. In her free time, she is very adventurous, which means she likes to be in the mountains or out with friends. But she also enjoys cooking at home or playing games regularly. Matthias is 32 years old, originally from Hagen, and has been living in Zurich for 3 years. He also works as an anesthesiologist. He is also very social - after work, he can be found either playing sports or on the rooftop terrace with a beer. They are looking for roommates who are down-to-earth and interested in an open and sociable living situation. Ideally between 25-35 years old. They also value cleanliness, order, and direct communication with each other. Please only apply if you plan to stay for at least 1 year!
