Description

For my cozy 2.5-room apartment, I am looking for a person who is looking for an unlimited living opportunity in Bern during the week, starting from September 2026 or by arrangement. On request, a limited period of at least 3 months is possible. I currently prefer weekly commuters to a permanent arrangement. However, if it's a good fit, I'm open to exceptions. Rent for weekly stay, 4-5 nights (Sun-Fri / by arrangement) CHF 540.- / month, furnished, including advance payment for ancillary costs, electricity, and Serafe. No WLAN available. The bright, 14m2 large room with parquet flooring has a spacious built-in shelf that frames the window. Curtains can make the shelf and window disappear as needed. The opposite wall is green. The furniture (futon bed, sideboard, etc.) can be used if interested and, for example, supplemented with a desk. For the room, I am looking for a working or studying person who is interested in occasional exchange and shared meals and values a quiet, considerate coexistence. Respect, open communication, and an interest in sustainability are important to me. In addition to the room, the well-equipped living kitchen with a long dining table and the bathroom are available for shared use. There is additional storage space in the basement if needed. The 2.5-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 6-party residential building. In addition to the living kitchen, there are two separate rooms, one of which I occupy. The idyllic castle park is visible and can be reached with a few steps. Although it is quietly located, the apartment is well connected. Public transport (tram/train/PubliBike), shopping facilities, post office, and recreational areas are in the immediate vicinity, and the old town of Bern can be reached via tram within 15 minutes. I, Levi (cis-man / 34 / queer), work in architecture and have diverse interests. On weekdays, I'm often on the go and appreciate being able to recharge at home. I find balance by cooking (mostly vegetarian/vegan) and listening to music. Occasionally, I practice piano. I appreciate critically stimulating to philosophical conversations, belong to the type of tea drinkers, like to spend time with my partner, and in nature or meet friends.
