We are a straightforward small family (mother and daughter, 11 years old, plus our cat) renting out a bright room in our house in the popular Hohmad quarter in Thun, available immediately or by arrangement. Since we have our daily routine well structured, we prefer a female weekly boarder who works or studies in Thun during the week and spends her weekends at her main residence. About the room and location: Location: The house is located in the quiet and central Hohmad quarter. Public transport connection: Thun train station is nearby and can be easily reached on foot, by bike, or by bus. Equipment: A bright, furnished room. The kitchen, bathroom, and living area are shared. Our garden can also be used. Who we are looking for: Since we are a well-rehearsed team, you fit in best with us if you: Are a woman looking for reliable accommodation, appreciate order and cleanliness, and are happy to participate in our common household rhythm. Are adaptable and considerate, as we live together as a family. Love animals (no allergy to cat hair). You must have a valid employment contract or place of study. The costs are CHF 730.00 per month, including ancillary costs.
