Room in 4.5-room maisonette in the heart of Zug

From October 1st, a furnished room with its own bathroom will be available in our shared maisonette apartment. The furniture can be taken over at a low cost if desired. The apartment spans two floors with an open living/dining kitchen and winter garden. Your room is located on the 1st floor directly next to the private bathroom, so you have your own area. We share the kitchen. A real highlight: over 40m² of outdoor space with a large terrace and covered seating area. In the summer, we grill, have breakfast, and hang out here. Perfect for relaxed evenings or an after-work beer with a view of the greenery. Location: It's hard to beat: directly opposite the Metalli shopping center, even connected to it via an underpass through the garage. Zug train station and Lake Zug are about 5 minutes' walk away. About us: We are Julius (26, management consultant) and Lucas (28, founder of an AI startup). Our interests include football, swimming, running, and good food. We are open, uncomplicated, and appreciate a shared apartment where you can spend time together, but also have your own space.
