_English version see below_ Hallo zusammen, Ich bin Tim (29) und aktuell auf der Suche nach einem\*r neuen Mitbewohner\*in. Das Einzugsdatum für Dich als neue\*n Mitbewohner\*in ist flexibel zwischen Anfang und Mitte September. Was dir unsere Wohnung bieten kann: Ein schönes helles Zimmer (16 m²) zum Innenhof mit tollem Ausblick übers Züri Oberland (mit Morgensonne). Dein zukünftiges Zimmer wird dir leer übergeben, aber die neu renovierte Wohnung ist ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Balkon, den wir uns in der WG gemeinsam teilen. Die Tram Station Salersteig liegt direkt vor der Haustür (3 Minuten Bhf Oerlikon, 5 Minuten Irchel, 12 Minuten Zürich HB) Zu mir: Ich bin ursprünglich aus Deutschland wohne aber schon drei Jahre in Zürich. Ich entdecke gerne neue Caféspots, gehe nach der Arbeiten an die Letten schwimmen oder Treff mich zum Padel, etc. Zuhause koche ich sehr gerne oder überlege mir ein DIY-Projekt für die Wohnung. Grundsätzlich freue ich mich, wenn wir zusammen und nicht nur beieinander leben, mal miteinander essen, einen Film gucken oder WG-Dinge unternehmen kann. Ich ziehe mich aber auch Mal gerne abends in mein Zimmer zurück oder bin unterwegs oder auf Reisen. Erzähl doch gerne etwas von dir und komm dir die Wohnung anschauen. Hi everyone! I'm Tim (29) and currently looking for a new flatmate. The moving date is flexible between first and mid of September. What the flat has to offer: You'll have a bright 16 m² room facing the courtyard, with a great view over the Zürich Oberland and plenty of morning sun. The apartment has recently been renovated, is fully furnished, and comes with a shared balcony. You room will be given to you unfurnished. The Salersteig tram stop is right outside the building, making it super convenient: \- 3 minutes to Oerlikon station \- 5 minutes to Irchel \- 12 minutes to Zürich HB A bit about me: I'm originally from Germany but have been living in Zurich for the past three years. I love checking out new cafés, going for a swim at the Letten after work, meeting friends for padel, and generally making the most of the city. At home, I really enjoy cooking and I'm always thinking of my next DIY project—I’m quite into interior design and making the flat feel like home. I'm looking for someone who enjoys actually sharing a home, not just living under the same roof. It would be great to cook together sometimes, watch a movie, or just hang out every now and then. At the same time, I also appreciate having my own space, and I'm often out, traveling, or spending time with friends. If this sounds like a good fit, I'd love to hear a bit about you.
