Live directly at Limmatplatz, close to the nightlife area (Langstrasse) and yet super quiet. With us, you'll feel like you're in the countryside, but right in the middle of the city. We - that's Alex (30, event manager) and Chris (37, product developer) - have a free room for you. Apart from the two of us, Mattes (34, management consultant) and Riccardo (26, architect) also live in the house. The house offers you Plenty of space on around 200 sqm, spread over four levels: basement with laundry room and storage space, ground floor with kitchen, spacious living area and garden, upper floor with roof terrace and attic. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms - enough space for privacy and community. The shared rooms are lovingly equipped with design classics and a lot of art. Your room The room on the upper floor (approx. 17.5 sqm) is fully and high-quality furnished (160cm bed, large wardrobe, large desk with chair, shelf). The rent includes, in addition to the usual ancillary costs, internet and Serafe, Zürisäcke, a cleaning staff, participation in purchases for the common basic needs, and shared use of a subscription for the Zurich outdoor and indoor pools. We are looking for a sympathetic roommate. You should have both feet firmly on the ground in (working) life, enjoy beautiful living, place a high value on order and cleanliness, and be considerate, independent, but also enthusiastic about a common aperitif or a spontaneous dinner.
