Room with private bathroom in 2-person shared apartment K3

I'm looking for a roommate for a 3.5-room apartment in K3. Your room is 11.5sqm and you have a private bathroom with shower. The apartment is very large, modern, on the ground floor with a garden seating area. Dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are available in the apartment. I'm moving into the apartment new, which means all the furniture in the pictures is from the previous tenant. I'll bring some furniture with me, but if you'd like to help furnish the apartment, that's even better ;). I'm 27 (she/her), studied, and work in a MedTech startup. I'm from Zurich and am very active, often meeting friends in the evenings or doing sports (jogging, climbing, bouldering). On weekends, I'm usually out in the mountains, but I also like to go out or just chill at home. For me, home means a cozy retreat, but I also enjoy hosting dinner parties or game nights with friends from time to time. You also enjoy cooking together sometimes or chatting late into the night in the kitchen. This shouldn't be a utility-only shared apartment.
