In the fall, a room will become available in our apartment, giving you the chance to move into a modern 5.5-room attic apartment at Schwarztorstrasse and take your shared living experience to the next level. What we offer (a.k.a. shared living luxury features): 2 balconies (one so large that it almost counts as a 6th room ) 3 bathrooms (no one has to wait in line with their toothbrush) Modern kitchen and apartment Huge living/dining area perfect for cooking sessions and wine tastings Duplex vibes (2 floors = 2x as cool) Mountain view (free Alpine panorama!) Super central location: public transportation is great, Coop and Denner are right next door (so you can theoretically go shopping in your pajamas) Parking space in the building for ~140 CHF, and a blue zone right in front of the house 4 washing rooms in the basement (in case you want to start a spontaneous washing marathon) And last but not least: the slowest elevator in all of Bern (perfect for mindfulness exercises ) Your room with balcony ~13m², south-facing on the 4th floor Direct access to the balcony (your own outdoor lounge quasi) Large built-in closet in the intermediate space Price: 930 CHF all-in (including utilities) Available from: November 1st (or earlier by arrangement) Who we are Ändu (31) Loves to stand in the kitchen and regularly conjures up culinary highlights. When he's not experimenting at the stove, he's outdoors in nature. He's also our shared living MacGyver - from the router to the coffee machine, he can fix almost anything. Sabrina (29) Is a teacher and in her free time can usually be found in the mountains. She eats vegetarian, except for bacon, because let's be honest: bacon officially counts as a spice! Joaquin (28) Brings Spanish flair and cooking skills to the shared apartment. In addition to cooking, he has a very special hobby: he's our professional treasure hunter on Tutti and always finds the best pearls. A purely functional shared apartment? No way! We value a lively togetherness. Whether it's grill nights in the summer, a cold beer or glass of wine on the balcony, a swim in the Aare, game or movie nights - we like to spend time together, but always relaxed and without pressure. Since we all love to cook (and even more to eat!), you're in the right place if you enjoy shared cooking evenings and good food.
