As of September 30, 2026, a cozy room with balcony access will be available. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, at the end of the street, directly adjacent to the agricultural area. A large bathroom on the same floor, a modern kitchen with ceramic glass, a well-maintained garden, and a laundry room are available for shared use. The room is also well-suited for weekly commuters. The connection to Zurich/Rapperswil is easily accessible by local bus within a 3-minute walking distance. Several shopping options and restaurants can be reached within 10 minutes. We prefer an uncomplicated, honest, and tidy person who also enjoys living close to nature and is still active in their professional life. Uetikon is located on the sunny coast of Lake Zurich, boasts a high quality of life, and has been awarded as one of the most attractive municipalities in Switzerland.
