The home is idyllically located near the forest, with good connections to the city St. Gallen (only 5 minutes to the bus terminal and about 30 minutes to the university). Perfect for walks, jogging or outdoor sports right in front of the door. A great garden with an old lime tree, seating area and barbecue invites you to linger. In the evenings, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and sometimes even wildlife. You share the apartment with a working roommate who values a respectful and quiet coexistence. Cats also live in the household – you should be animal-loving. For shared use : kitchen, bathroom, living room, attic (office/fitness), laundry room, internet, cable TV incl. The room is perfect for 1 person who studies or commutes in St. Gallen and is looking for a relaxed, nature-connected home, but also appreciates the proximity to St. Gallen. Rental period ideally at least 1 year. Rent: CHF 790.– per month (including utilities) Parking space if needed: CHF 60.- per month
