We are renting a room in our charming 3.5-room apartment, located in a quiet and yet central area near the Limmat. The room is available immediately until the end of 2026 (negotiable). Due to the composition of the shared apartment, a woman is being sought. Location:The apartment is in an ideal location: On warm summer days, you can even swim from the main station (HB) home. The HB, Langstrasse, fitness studios, cafes, and bars are in close proximity. Nevertheless, the apartment is quietly located and offers a view of a beautiful inner courtyard. Apartment:You will share the 3.5-room apartment with Megi. We design the shared flat life in a relaxed way: Occasionally, we undertake joint activities and eat together. At the same time, we respect the personal freedom of each individual. We value open communication and a harmonious coexistence. Timeframe:The room will be sublet for 1 year due to a stay abroad.
