Hi there! My name is Damian. I'm temporarily leaving Zurich and looking to sublet my room from mid-August through the end of September . The exact dates are flexible, so we can work out what fits best for both of us! The Space It is a 1.5-room space split into: Main Room (12.5 m²): Fully furnished with a bed, desk, monitor, desk lamp, floor lamp, and a Kallax shelf. Second Area (4.6 m²): Features a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The Flat Shared Living Area: A spacious living room and kitchen setup, fully equipped with a couch, TV, and dining table. Garden: Access to a shared garden out back. Basement : Some extra storage options Privacy: Located on the mezzanine floor (0.5th floor), so you get convenient access with good privacy. Location 10-15 min walk to Zurich HB A few minutes walk to ETH Right next to the tram stop for lines 9 and 10 Groceries : Coop is just 2 minutes away, and a larger Migros is about 10 minutes away. Roommates You'll be sharing the flat with three great flatmates: - Elena (26): Biology PhD student from Germany - Luwai (26): Software engineer from Belgium - Iuliana (29): Software engineer from Romania Note: You'll be sharing the bathroom with Elena and Luwai.
