Our apartment building offers beautiful studios and rooms. The building is located on the quiet Culmannstrasse, a parallel street to Universitätsstrasse. Thus, our building is only a few minutes' walk from the main train station and the university/ETH. The nearest tram stop is a two-minute walk away. The studios are very popular among students, doctoral students, or interns at the university. It has an area of 15 m2 and is equipped as follows: Small kitchen, shower/WC. Furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, nightstand, lighting Balcony Telephone connection (activation via Swisscom within 3 days) Cablecom connection (active) Fiber optic connection Internet access via WLAN can be optionally rented Elevator Electricity and ancillary costs are included in the package. Shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer as well as bike room. The minimum rental period is 6 months. After that, the apartment can be terminated at the end of each month with 3 months' notice. In the event of premature termination, CHF 200 will be charged as a handling fee. The deposit is CHF 3000.--
