3.5 Room Apartment

Description

From September 1st (or earlier), we are looking for subtenants for our 3.5-room apartment in district 7. The apartment has a spacious kitchen with plenty of storage space and work surfaces and also offers space for a seating area. In addition, there are three rooms, a small toilet and a bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet and washing machine. The absolute highlight of the apartment is a living room with a view into the trees of the adjacent properties. The apartment is overall bright due to the many windows and yet not too hot in summer, as it is oriented north. There is a roof terrace that can be used by all residents of the house, a basement room, a laundry room with dryer and a bicycle cellar. Almost directly in front of the front door, tram lines 6 and 8 depart, so you can reach the lake, the main station or the zoo in just a few minutes. We would be very happy if the washing machine in the bathroom and the shelf/storage in the kitchen could be taken over by the subtenants.
