Dank der grossen Fenster ist die Wohnung hell und freundlich. Der Balkon bietet bis etwa Mittag Sonne und eignet sich perfekt für einen entspannten Start in den Tag. Die Wohnung wurde 2019 renoviert und befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Sie ist ideal für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar, das zentral wohnen und gleichzeitig nicht auf Komfort verzichten möchte. Highlights: \-Zürich HB in nur ca. 10 Minuten \-Balkon mit Morgensonne-Eigene \-Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion sowie Geschirrspüler (siehe Bilder) \-Moderne Küche mit viel Stauraum, grossem Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen Möbel können für CHF 1'000 übernommen werden (u. a. Bett, Küchentisch und Schlafzimmermöbel). Bevorzugt werden Interessentinnen und Interessenten, welche die Möbel übernehmen möchten. Kurzfristige Besichtigungstermine sind möglich.
