Description

To rent is a 3 1/2-room apartment on the 1st floor (no elevator) in the parish house of the Catholic Church. The apartment offers a large living area and the two rooms both have a wardrobe. The rent includes ancillary costs and a cellar compartment. An outdoor parking space can be rented on request. On request, part of the attic can also be used. Pets are not allowed . Many events (evenings and weekends) take place in the parish house. Therefore, the rent is set low and takes into account these noise emissions. The rent deposit is 2 months' rent (CHF 2'300.00). The window shutters have been replaced in the apartment, all rooms and the balcony have been newly painted. Available from September 1, 2026, or by agreement.
