Roommate sought for 4.5 room apartment

I am looking for a second roommate for the shared apartment in a 4.5 room apartment in Dietikon. From September 1, 2026, a room will be available. Since I now live in Lugano and want to keep the apartment in Dietikon for work, I am looking for a second roommate to share the costs. I work from Tuesday afternoon to Friday in Aarau, and I'm usually in Lugano for the remaining 3.5 days. In addition to my private room and the 2nd room, all rooms such as the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, spacious living-dining area, and terraces are available for shared use. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Dietikon train station. The apartment is located on the 6th and top floor (with elevator), is very bright, and has good views of Zurich and Spreitenbach. The CHF 150 ancillary costs cover the existing internet connection, water, heating costs, and a cleaning staff that cleans the common areas every 2 weeks. I am looking for a person who lives independently and down-to-earth, is respectful and careful with furniture and people, which is just normal decency.
