Hi everyone, I'm Simone and I'm 30 years old. From mid-September, I'll be abroad often and that's why I'm looking for a roommate or a female roommate to share a large, independent, and fully renovated house located in Caslano. The available room is a very large double room and the house is located in a very quiet area, literally just two steps from the lake. In less than a minute's walk, you'll find the station of the little train (FLP) that connects Caslano with Lugano and Ponte Tresa (Italy). The idea is to rent one of the three large double rooms and share the common areas of the house, which consists of: - Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and glass-ceramic hob; - Dining room + living room; - 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower); - Small room used as a gym with weight rack and a couple of training equipment; - Large private garden surrounding the house, where you can have barbecues or sunbathe; - Private parking if needed; - Basement and private laundry room with washing machine and dryer; - Unlimited Wi-Fi included; - Private electric car charging station; THE COST FOR RENTING THE ROOM IS 650.-, PLUS 50.- IN EXPENSES THAT INCLUDE ALL UTILITIES.
