The rent includes all utility costs. The elegant Residenza Amaryllis consists of only 9 apartments and features a small, welcoming communal garden. The apartment includes a living area with a sofa bed, dining table with chairs, TV cabinet, as well as a kitchen and a terrace. In the separate sleeping area, there is a bedroom with a wardrobe, a double bed with bedside tables, a bathroom, and a laundry corner with a washer-dryer column. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with cable TV , internet connection , motorized blinds , video intercom , and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, pots, dishes, cutlery, etc.), iron , bath and bed linen , vacuum cleaner , and other cleaning tools.
