Frequently asked questions
Can I use immomax Pro already?
Not for everyone yet: immomax Basic and Pro are in a pilot phase. We are introducing them with selected real estate companies first and set them up with you personally. Ask for a place via «Request a pilot place» – the launch for everyone follows soon.
Is Basic really free – even with 500 listings?
Yes. Basic is not a trial: no cap on listings or users, no expiry date, no payment details.
Why is Basic free?
Because we earn our money with Pro, not with your listings. The more complete the offering on immomax.ch, the more people come to search – and every advertiser benefits.
What do I pay for with Pro?
For visibility: your active listings are highlighted as Pro-Partner. On top of that, you get all the Pro tools – letting, website, property brochures, portal export and team inbox. Per listing, you get 10 running lettings and 10 AI texts.
What counts as an active listing?
A property that was publicly advertised for at least one day in the month. Drafts, archived and let properties don’t count.
Are there any other costs?
No setup fee, no fee per user, portal or property-day. An optional extra is the acquisition radar (CHF 199 per region). You pay listing fees for Homegate, ImmoScout24 and other portals directly to them, as you do today.
Can I take my data with me?
Any time: properties as swissRETS, IDX or CSV, contacts as CSV – even with Basic.
Your company profile probably already exists.
