In Chiasso, 100 m from the station and a few minutes from the center, on the border with the Italian customs, close to the main services and public transport, we offer a three-room apartment of about 55 sqm (located on the second floor of the building, without elevator), so arranged: Entrance hall, living room, separate kitchen, one bathroom with bathtub (no bidet), one bedroom. The cost of the apartment is 850 CHF/month + 200 CHF/month as a deposit for expenses. Electricity costs are extra. The total cost of the apartment is 1050 CHF/month. A cellar is included. A garage for one car is available for 130 CHF/month. It is mandatory to pay 3 months' rent as a deposit, including expenses, by bank transfer or Firstcaution. For those who do not know Firstcaution, it is a deposit guarantee insurance that costs around 150/200 CHF per year and replaces the deposit guarantee equal to 3 months' rent. The minimum contract is 2 years. Subletting and Airbnb are not allowed. A laundry room is available in the building, as there is no space for a washing machine in the apartment.
