Object description In the upper floor of the former gatehouse, a listed industrial building from the 1960s, we rent a newly renovated office space of approximately 236 m². The open-plan space is fully equipped. The rooms have basic lighting and sound-absorbing acoustic ceilings. The all-around glazing in the reception area and in the main room provides natural lighting and allows a visual connection to the green outdoor spaces. Two meeting rooms of approximately 30 m² each extend the large areas. A kitchenette and a break room complement the room offer. Heating is provided by radiators and underfloor heating.
