Room for shared accommodation available in Clarens from mid-July. I am leaving my room in a shared apartment in Clarens, and we are looking for a person to take over the room from mid-July. The room: unfurnished, with the possibility of leaving a large wardrobe if needed. The apartment: the rest of the accommodation is fully furnished and equipped, offering a pleasant and functional living space. Ideal location: just 5 minutes' walk from Clarens train station and Lake Geneva, with shops and amenities nearby. Rent: 942.50 CHF per month. Parking space: available for an additional 60 CHF per month. The current roommate: a 31-year-old French man working at the Montreux Palace with irregular hours (usually from 12 pm to 11 pm). The atmosphere in the shared accommodation is calm and respectful of each person's rhythm and space. We are looking for a serious, clean, and respectful person who appreciates a simple and convivial cohabitation.
