A parking space does not belong to it, but it can be rented from the neighboring property. Lake Constance is in the immediate vicinity and invites you to take walks and relax, it can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. The Pestalozzi bus stop is 2 minutes' walk away, and Rorschach Stadt train station can be reached in 5 minutes' walk. Families appreciate the proximity to kindergarten and school as well as to the playground, all within 5 minutes' walk. Within a 5-minute walk, there is a bakery, a pizzeria, and a fitness center.
