Project Overview Four buildings form the historic ensemble: The listed dépendance (House 1) will be renovated and newly built. The careful restoration of the historic, brick-faced half-timbering and the targeted use of natural, durable materials will create a characterful living atmosphere. Historical windows and doors will be renewed in the same materialization and appearance.
