The studio has a kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave, its own bathroom with toilet and shower, its own washing machine with tumble dryer (in a separate laundry room). IMPORTANT: The studio may not be used as a permanent residence. Registration with the municipality as a residential address is NOT possible. The heating and ancillary costs are CHF 130.- per month and are added to the net rent. Outdoor parking spaces can also be rented for CHF 60.-.
