Exchange Offer - Living in Kreis 9 - Looking for Kreis 3

Hello, I am currently living in Albisrieden in District 9 in a 69 sq m spot (5th floor, with a big elevator, a huge balcony, own washer/dryer inside the apartment, and a very cool view.) Looking for an apartment exchange in Kreis 3 in Wiedikon for a 2.5-3.5 room close to Sihlfeld (near Rotachstrasse), at least a 60 sq. m swap (I am one individual). I would like something in the queiter area of Wiedikon, but walking distance to food places (which I currently lack) and easy access to public transportation. I'd also like a modern (updated kitchen) in a quiet spot with minimal car noise (this is very important to me). Please no ground floor apartments or top floor apartments with slanted ceilings. If you are on the 2nd floor and above, access to an elevator is appreciated.
