You benefit from super flexible rental periods (from three months), compressed resources, attractive infrastructure, and a dynamic community. By the way: ZIP is not a conventional co-working space. You rent private rooms and not desks in an open-plan office. This guarantees maximum privacy. But let's be honest, exchange and meeting with others is good, inspires, and creates synergies.
