Spacious shared flat room with living room in district 3

The apartment is in good condition and has a futon, desk, and closet for the room. The room would be available to move in immediately. You would just need to bring or order a mattress. The living room furniture belongs to the administration and will be removed! I'm looking for a roommate (m) around my age (20-30). You should be clean and tidy.
