Large shared flat room in row house near Winterthur

Available immediately or by arrangement, the largest room in my row house is for rent. A sublease agreement for the room can be concluded without a fixed term or by arrangement. The room - Approx. 24sqm in size with three new skylights (including sun protection) and new heating - Small storage room and access to the attic - Train station, Coop, post office, Migros, and nature/river 1-5 minutes away - Winterthur 15 minutes by train, 15 minutes by car, 20-25 minutes by bike - Direct train to Zurich main station approx. 40 minutes (morning/evening) Rent including utilities CHF 800.- plus CHF 30.- community costs (will be explained in more detail during the viewing). Serafe CHF 17.50.- / month will be billed separately. Internet/WLAN is not included in the rent. You will need to arrange your own internet. Who you will be living with I, Jonas, 32 years old, hard of hearing, professional musician, tidy and clean, and live in a great home. As a self-employed professional musician, I practice a lot at home on the handpan and learn other instruments like marimba, piano, and synthesizer. This is generally tolerable in the shared living space. I am usually at home during the week and away on weekends. When I'm not making music, I play with my two wonderful cats Gio and Mia or head to the gym. What you bring You are honest, clean, tidy, take care, and also appreciate an aesthetically furnished living style. You speak Swiss German and have a job (or income). You do not consume drugs and are a non-smoker. You can tolerate music or practicing a musical instrument.
