Two bright, beautiful rooms of 3.50 x 4.20 m (so a little over 14 m2) are becoming available in our shared accommodation. They are located in a beautiful old house with a large garden. The common areas consist of: a large living and dining room with a fireplace and a sunroom a kitchen a bathroom a guest toilet possibility of having a small storage space in the basement or attic. The current inhabitants are: Hervé, 51 years old, math and science teacher at the secondary level, passionate about board games Cédric, 52 years old, socio-educational assistant, animator, sports enthusiast, hiker, climber, and fan of racing games Noé, 17 years old, part-time resident, music lover, and experienced Minecraft PvP player Sushi, 13 years old, cat, fan of naps, intense cuddling sessions, and, unfortunately, hunting (you won't have to take care of it). We are looking for people who like their independence and quiet, but also want to spend convivial moments together. Minimum rental period: 3 months Entry date: September 1st Cats and aquarium or terrarium animals are welcome, if you take care of them yourself. Couples with a child are also welcome. (The two rooms are close to each other on the same floor.)
