The apartment has been completely renovated in early 2026. One month's deposit in addition to the current month's rent is required as a guarantee. In case of interest, please provide a complete dossier including a copy of your ID, a copy of your residence permit, proof of income, and a presentation of yourself. It is also worth noting that I am often away on business, which will allow you to enjoy the apartment in complete peace during these periods.
