My name is Ulrike and I'm offering, in my apartment, a room for a female person looking for a quiet and quality situation in the center of Lugano. The house is located in Molino Nuovo, on the fifth floor of a well-maintained building, with a beautiful open view on two sides and a large balcony surrounding the entire apartment. The room measures about 14m2 and has access to a private part of the balcony. From the east-facing window, you can see Monte Brè and there is morning sun, while the room remains sunny during the day through the south-facing door-window. The room is furnished as shown in the photos and the bathroom is shared with me. The other spaces (kitchen, living room, and the large west-facing balcony) can be used freely, of course, with mutual respect. I've lived with others for most of my life and believe that there are no problems as long as we communicate with the intention of finding a solution. In the basement, you can use two washing machines, a dryer, and a dedicated area for drying clothes. Outside the building, there is a place to park bicycles. In the surrounding streets, you can find both blue (time-limited) and white (paid) parking spaces. The room is available from September. The monthly rent is 900 francs and includes all expenses (water, electricity, use of washing machine, waste, radio and television fee, and internet). For further information, I'm at your disposal.
