Furnished shared room in Au (ZH)

We are renting a bright and cozy furnished room on the 1st floor of our large and friendly shared apartment in Au (ZH). The room is available from September 1st. Our shared apartment spans two floors and is home to 10 people, including some students from ZHAW. On the 1st floor, there are six bedrooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. On the 2nd floor, there is an additional kitchen and bathroom that can be used by all roommates. Although we are a larger shared apartment, the atmosphere is relaxed, warm, and uncomplicated. We get along well, enjoy spending time together, and respect each other's privacy and personal space. We also have a joint cleaning plan to ensure the common areas remain clean and cozy. Additionally, a one-time deposit of CHF 1,000 is required. Our highlight is the large shared living room with a fireplace - the perfect place to eat together, socialize, or simply enjoy a cozy evening with each other. We offer space for socializing as well as quiet time. You can join the others in the kitchen or living room at any time, but you can also close the door behind you and enjoy your peace.
