La Vignette Domain Residence on Chemin des Clos 49 in Ecublens

In an 18,000 m2 park located south of Ecublens, Saint-Sulpice side, in close proximity to EPFL. Construction of the last building (H) of the nine that make up the project. A simple flow system is planned to optimize the air quality in the apartments. The extracted heat is redirected to the heat pump. The construction is labeled "Minergie". The buildings also benefit from the "RCP" system (regrouping of own consumption). A Free-Cooling system, "cooling of apartments in summer", completes the many advantages of this new realization.
