Room in a shared flat

Hi :) We'll have one room available at the begining of October and we are looking for someone to take over starting October 1st. Location: Köchlistrasse 35, 8004 Zurich (150m to tram station Kalkbreite / Bahnhof Wiedikon or 18 minute walk to HB) Flat: * CHF 1'460 per month (including utilities)* 4th floor (stairs or elevator)* Furnished room as shown in pictures for takeover at an additional cost. Private rooftop Bathroom shared with one more person Washing machine/tumbler in the flat Private cellar WG: You'll be sharing the flat with two friendly and easy-going flatmates: Marta (32) from Barcelona and Andrea (27) from Italy. Between us, we speak Italian, Spanish and English, so communication is definitely not a problem We enjoy having a relaxed and friendly atmosphere at home and are always happy to chat, share a meal or do something together. If you're into sports, we'd also love to include you in our running, cycling or other outdoor activities! At the same time, we really respect each other's personal space and independence, so everyone is free to do their own thing, spend time alone, have friends over, listen to music, etc. We're looking for someone who enjoys a friendly, relaxed and respectful home environment. The main tenant agreement will be changing as of October 1st which could potentially (slightly) change the total rental price. At the moment the room is for 1'460.- per month (including utilities) but could change depending on what the landlord decides for the new agreement. Please bear this in mind.
