Available from 01.09.26 or by agreement. After a long search, we surprisingly received the award for a new apartment in Zurich, but we have to move in shortly. Therefore, we are now urgently looking for a subtenant. Apartment description: - the apartment was completely renovated 10 years ago in the old Landi Rafz, and is located on the first floor facing west, south, and east. As part of the tenant change, the entire apartment will be repainted, new laminate will be laid, and the bathroom will be renewed. - floors: new laminate in wood design in the entrance and living room, gray/beige laminate in the bedroom, gray tiles in the kitchen, light tiles in the bathroom. - the south-facing balcony has sun from late morning to late afternoon. - living/dining room with windows facing west and a double balcony door facing south. - modern spacious kitchen with many cabinets, golden granite countertops, refrigerator/freezer combination, induction stove, oven, and dishwasher, with 2 windows facing west. - spacious bedroom with a window facing south with enough space for a wardrobe and also a desk, as well as a sideboard, on which you can place a TV device directly in front of the bed. - bathroom/WC with bathtub and washing machine. - a basement room is available if needed and is not included in the rent, price Fr. 10.-/m²/month. - small dogs and cats are allowed, other pets on request. - smoking is not allowed in the apartment. - various furniture can be taken over at a low cost or even for free, if desired. Parking: - a parking space is available on request for Fr. 75/month. Environment: - train station 15 minutes on foot, or bus stop 3 minutes on foot, the bus reaches the train station in 2 minutes. - post office and VOLG on foot in 2 minutes. - Rafz community center on foot in 3 minutes. - Rafzerfeld swimming pool by car in 1 minute or by bike in 5 minutes.
