The real estate complex is located in Italy in Pineta di Sortenna in the municipality of Sondalo, immersed in a wonderful natural context. Each body, in addition to the staircase, has large elevators. The complex has undergone a significant renovation lasting about 20 years, to make it a hotel facility with high-quality finishes today. To complete the property, there are technical facilities, large parking areas for cars and buses, and an area suitable for helicopter landings.
