Rental conditions * The studio is exclusively for shared living and accommodation of two people. * It is a sublet with a roommate. * The apartment is not intended for establishing a work contract, a professional address, or a registration address with the municipality. * Available immediately. * Rent, including charges: 490 CHF per month. * Minimum duration: 6 months. * Payment of 6 months is required in advance, from the first day of entry into the apartment. * The studio is fully furnished: you just need to bring your personal effects. * Non-smoking apartment. * We are looking for a respectful, clean, quiet, and pleasant person to share the apartment in good conditions. * Women and men of all nationalities and origins are welcome.
