The accommodation * Studio for a maximum of two people. * One room with small kitchen and small bathroom. * The accommodation is fully furnished. * Internet is included. * You only need to bring your personal belongings and clothes. 2. Terms of use * The studio is exclusively for residential and stay purposes. * It cannot be used as a business address, company address, postal address for business or financial purposes, or as an address for credit applications. * It also cannot be used as a professional address or as part of an employment contract. * The subletting is offered only in the context of a respectful and peaceful cohabitation. 3. Location * The accommodation is located in an excellent location. * A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. 4. Sought profile * We are looking for respectful, clean, quiet, and responsible people. * The accommodation is suitable for people who mainly want to sleep, rest, or work from home. * Whether you are unemployed or employed is not important. * Women and men are welcome. * All nationalities and all origins are welcome, subject to the rules of the accommodation. 5. Duration * Minimum rental period: 4 months. * Possibility to extend the rental period, depending on the needs and agreement of the parties. 6. Payment * The first payment corresponds to 4 months' rent and is to be paid on the day of entry into the premises. * Rent: 590 CHF per month, including charges. 7. Non-smokers * The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. * Smokers are therefore not accepted. 8. Documents * Persons with a residence permit, European citizenship, Swiss residence permit, or valid identity documents are welcome. * Official documents confirming identity and right of residence may be requested before concluding the subletting. 9. Cleanliness and respect * The studio and the building are very clean. * We are looking for clean, respectful, and pleasant people to maintain a good cohabitation atmosphere. 10.
