(Women preferred) As I have just moved together with my partner, my room on Siewerdtstrasse, Oerlikon is standing "empty" (there is a bed!). This is a shame if someone could use a bed over the next months time ( August, maybe mid-September ). My former flatmates (two chill swiss guys, age 26 and 43) are looking for a new person to move in (1050 CHF a month), which might take a bit of time, so in the meantime I would like to sublet my room. Please provide: Preferred start and end date for staying in the room with only a bed. Motivation Information about yourself: name, age, gender Are you currently in Zurich (visiting or living here) Practicalities: - My sub-renter would sign a contract with me. - This will NOT include registration at this address, only a place to stay. (If you are interested in moving in, you will need to have an interview with the flatmates) - We will determine a price depending on the duration and dates you are interested in staying in the room. - The room only has a bed. I can provide a duvet + bed linen. - You will have access to the apartment's common rooms (kitchen, living room, balcony, and a toilet shared with the 26 year old flatmate), About the very uncomplicated male swiss flatmates: Marius: 26 years, PhD student at ETH. Ralph: 43 years, volunteer firefighter, works with food safety controls (Migros - so be prepared for free food samples). I have lived there almost 2 years and enjoyed the flat share, room, and location a lot! About the apartment: Very spacious and light with high ceilings. Suuuper close public transport, but no noise from this ever! The room only has a bed. I can provide a duvet + bed linen. You will have access to the apartment's common rooms (kitchen, living room, balcony, and a toilet shared with the 26 year old flatmate), 3 min. walk to Oerlikon train station and tram stop "Oerlikon ost" 5 min. walk to tram stop "Sternen Oerlikon" and "Messe/Hallenstadion" 10 min. to Zurich Airport and Zurich main station (HB) with train 20 min. to ETH Zentrum with tram 10 P.s.
